A Name With Roots
Our story began thirty years ago in a small town in Andhra Pradesh, when our founder Mr. G. Raja Reddy(MA Sociology) had to leave his job at the local milk factory. The factory had shut down due to some circumstances. With no industry nearby to fall back on, he decided to build something of his own instead.
He started where he could, with a small piece of land and a cycle. He and his small team cycled village to village, sitting in people's homes, explaining what owning a plot of land actually meant. Most of them had never heard the words real estate. He set himself one simple goal from that very first sale, good quality and great service. Three decades later, that is still the only goal we work to.
Today, Aspenz designs and builds homes that bring together quality, comfort, and a quiet kind of luxury. Premium materials. Thoughtful craftsmanship. Elegant living spaces with the amenities a modern family expects, and the lasting value a family deserves. Every project is built around how people actually live, not how a brochure makes living look.
And we stay involved long after the keys change hands. Three decades later, the families who bought their first home from us are still our customers. Their children are now our customers too.
