Our Legacy
Thirty years of building homes, and staying long after the keys change hands.
Thirty years ago, in a small town in Andhra Pradesh, our founder Mr. G. Raja Reddy(MA Sociology) had to leave his job at the local milk factory. The factory had shut down due to some circumstances. With no industry nearby to fall back on, he decided to build something of his own instead.
He started small. A piece of land, divided into a residential layout, sold one plot at a time. Most people in those villages had never heard the words real estate. He and his small team cycled village to village, sat in people's homes, and explained what it meant to own a piece of land. Some said no. Some said yes.
The ones who said yes are still our customers today. Their children are now our customers too.
It Started With A Closed Factory And A Cycle.
He used to take his cycle and go village to village himself. Nobody knew what real estate was. He had to teach them what a plot meant before he could sell them one
A luxury community designed for every generation.
Aspenz homes are built for families, in every shape and stage. The first-time buyer setting up house. The family in the middle of their busiest years. The retiree looking for somewhere calm to slow down. Each of them deserves a home that feels considered, cared for, and built to last.
That is what guides every choice we make. Premium materials, thoughtful craftsmanship, generous spaces, good light, fresh air, and the small details that make a home easy to live in for years. Luxury, in our homes, is not loud. It is comfortable and lasting.
We Do Not Disappear After Handover
In this industry, the standard practice is well known. The builder finishes the project, hands the keys to the association, and walks away. The next time you hear from them, they are launching their next project.
We have never worked that way. For as long as you live in an Aspenz home, our team stays involved. Whatever the association handles, the association handles. Whatever came from us, we look after. Some of our oldest buildings are over twenty years old. Customers still call. We still send someone. We do not advertise it because we treat it as basic decency, the way you would expect to be treated yourself.
Twelve Thousand Families.
One Way Of Working.
Over thirty years, fifty-eight projects across Andhra Pradesh and Bangalore. Twelve thousand families in those homes. Three to four lakh trees planted along the way. Hundreds of marketing agents and site teams whose careers grew with the company. Through all of it, one habit never changed. We answer the phone.
Why The Aspen
The aspen is one of the most resilient trees in nature. But here is what most people do not know about it. An aspen grove is not a collection of separate trees. They share a single root system underground. When one tree grows, the whole grove grows with it.
That is the kind of company we are trying to build. Buyers, employees, families, all rooted in the same trust, all growing together. The gold in our logo is the colour an aspen leaf turns in autumn, when the tree is at its most beautiful.
